Team Huddle

Every morning starts with a quick 15-minute stand-up. Danny runs the numbers from yesterday, calls out wins on the board, and maps the territory for the day. Energy in the room is different.

9:00 AM
Hit the Doors

You're out by 9. VLR reps work structured routes — no wandering, no wasted doors. New reps ride with a senior for the first few weeks. You learn by watching the best do it live.

12:30 PM
Midday Check-In

Quick sync with the team. Accounts logged, installs confirmed, afternoon territory locked in. Grab food, get back out. The afternoon shift is where the board moves.

6:30 PM
End of Day

Do I need sales experience?

No. Our best reps came in raw. What we can't teach is drive — if you have that, we handle the rest. Expect 2–3 weeks of real training before you're out on your own.

When do I get paid?

Weekly. Every account you close gets logged, installed, and paid out in the same cycle. No 30-day holds, no mystery deductions. You close, you get paid.

What does the schedule actually look like?

Most reps are out 5 days a week, morning to early evening. It's not a 9-to-5 — it's a performance schedule. The harder you work, the faster your day ends with something to show for it.

What's the team culture like?

Competitive but not cutthroat. We celebrate wins on the board and call out effort publicly. The top reps genuinely help the new ones — because a stronger team means better territory.
